‘Nasty’ is a huge Trump ‘tell’ he uses it when he feels threatened by those he deems unworthy of questioning a white male of his stature, that’s his racism/sexism triggered and why he only uses the word to describe women and minorities. Adderall McRapey is a racist-full stop.

No, unfortunately he got that right. You'd say "...a picture of me" or "...a picture of him" because the "him" is the object of the verb, not the subject of the sentence. So "him and me" is correct. Which only proves somebody else wrote this tweet for him.
