That time the POTUS made a joke about 9/11 and falsely claimed he was there that day helping while speaking to a bunch of hero’s that are suffering from illnesses made worse by his personal Attorney telling NYC the air was safe to breathe. @RudyGiuliani @realDonaldTrump
