If you need to order a replacement card, you can do so from right in the app - just tap on the image of the Cash Card > tap "Report Lost Card" > follow the prompts to cancel your previous card and reorder.

Hmm, that definitely sounds like too long - typically the Cash Card arrives within two weeks! We suggest you go ahead and reorder in the app. Just tap on the image of the Cash Card > tap "Report Lost Card" > follow the prompts to cancel your previous card and order a new one.

You can order a Cash Card from right within the app - tap "Cash Card" or the $ amount at the top of the screen > Toggle Enable Card > Confirm your personal information and enter in a shipping address. Add your signature and personalize your card.
