Casey this has literally happened with 6 of my keys now. Space bar, n, b, 6, option, and u, and it’ll either not type it or it will type it 2-3 times. Only fix is Genius Bar for 2-3 weeks :(

Quick tip. Use pressurized air, slightly lift up the key with a knife tip, and clean underneath. Often does the trick

Or just hammer at the malfunctioning key when you are in rage. Worked for two keys on my 2016 model.

I've tried pounding, slapping, jamming, IT JUST MAKES IT WORSE! I tried spanking the back of the keyboard too. NOTHING. It's TORTURE

Had mine a few months using 12/7 and never had that happen.
