With respect and sympathy, we’re removing a “ghost bike” left to honor James Ralph, who was killed on Aug. 14, 2019, at NE 8th/134th Ave NE while bicycling. The action follows city guidelines regarding temporary roadside memorials. Together for #SafeStreets #VisionZero
