Tried twice, no one picking up. Spoken to PCSO now who is trying to help but we need a solution to these bikes before someone gets hurt.

Really? Well sent in a video and several picture of lad, and number plate. No tax or ins, we can't do any more as residents.

The bikes are always previous keepers details as they are passed around each other for cash deals!

And there is always more you can do as there are parents who are fully aware of what there kids are up to!
