By turning former political prisoner Lorent Saleh in to the Venezuelan authorities, disregarding the rules of due process, Juan Manuel Santos' government infringed articles 9, 10 of UDHR and 9, 13, 14 of ICCPR, and 3 of Convention against Torture (UNCAT).
