One such patient, a senior laborer, recently sought care for his hands which have become disfigured due to rheumatoid arthritis.
Because he delayed care his only options are pain mgmt & disability. Had he had access to #Medicaid treatment might have been possible.

He now can’t work so must apply for SSDI. Not only would
#Medicaid have improved his life, it would have added $2.2 billion to GA’s system. -
