I also know how discouraged they are because this administration has undermined the CDC at every step. I want my friends at the CDC to know that I’ve got your back, and I’ll work with you to restore faith that when the CDC issues guidelines, it is based on science — not politics.

The CDC hires the best & brightest scientists who have invested their lives in the study of disease. They are not politicians. They are neighbors w/families in the community.
My partner is a contractor with CDC. He does work hard and does have long hours.
