Putting this statement out by itself with no other modifier such as “.. for a variety of reasons some of which are addressable by government, see link for more info” makes it more inflammatory, more divisive than it needs to be because it plays into people’s prejudices.

People think poor people have poor medical care. I think food is the first defense against disease! Food that does not have pesticides or bio-engineered food. Food that is not processed. 2nd. Stress is a big issue in poor communities! 3rd. Exercise, which means get rid of cars!
