If you or your descendants made extraordinary contributions to the success of this fair land and yet not only were denied credit for it, but were demonized and lynched for the color of your skin, than yes, you might think about those facts a lot.

Not everything is relevant to ejecting the current President. Despite not getting anywhere near the majority of votes, he did win in the vast majority of election districts in this country. The lack of appreciation for the contribution of former slaves trumps a passing problem.
