Any person who voted on a provisional ballot has until 5 p.m. TOMORROW (Friday, Nov. 9), to resolve it. The voter needs to visit their county elections office with a valid form of photo ID. Any voter with questions needs to call the voter protection hotline at 1-888-730-5816.
