We also need to prohibit the use of ANY out of state money in state races! Unless you live in the state you have NO reason to contribute anything to the candidate(s). Senate, Congressional, or Governorship!

Every dollar spent by an American family, just to compete and ensure the US Government enshrines their values... Is a dollar not spent on vacations, retirement, or food. Yet, in the current system, this spending is being seen as essential.
