I checked the online Oxford Dictionary https://en.oxforddictionaries.com/definition/tuple … (audio in link) and it seems to rhyme with scruple. The "u" is pronounced more like the "ue" in "Tuesday" though. Pronunciation transcribed as IPA: /ˈtjuːp(ə)l/
