tbh, I don't have much experience with QUnit, but `findWithAssert` strikes me as a generally weird notion.

and I see that the test that uses findWithAssert is also the one that is failing on Travis... is it always that one?

we use findWithAssert in other tests that aren't failing, but yeah, it's always that test
