mdbook changed sidebar to position:absolute. Browser doesn't know which div to scroll.

(I was wrong, mdbook didn't go fixed->absolute. It was broken before, fixed in master, steve uses master)

AUGGGHHHH i feel so silly i totally should have remembered travis is installing mdbook master & cargo install doesn't
