One could say that an organization like the UN may have the infrastructure in place to prevent a failed state from enabling a refugee crises. That is of course when the key players, such as a superpower, invests their efforts on meaningful initiatives and rises above pettiness

Ojeda is NOT an open borders socialist. He agrees that we need better border security, but he thinks there are greater issues in West Virginia--- like poverty, drugs, pensions, and infrastructure--- than building a wall that will cost a lot of money and not really affect us.
