        If true, that would tend to make it more of a campaign finance violation. It will be interesting to know if the motivation for the payment is expressly discussed on the tape.

Per NYT, Giuliani says Trump/Cohen were contemplating new payment to McDougal on top of what AMI paid for rights to her story.
