This is actually straight up censorship. You are caving into mob mentality liberal pressure, and now left-leaning people can pick what offends them and say that its harassment or hate speech and you're gonna deplatform them to protect your company image & brand.

(2) It's going to continue to get worse and worse until the point where the only content on the platform will be liberal news and kid content. Absolutely terrible Youtube, this is supposed to be a platform of Free Speech fair to all, and the platform of the people.

as someone living in a country where there is no bill of rights and no "true" free speech - it's weird to see people who have it make the assumption that every platform and every service is a part of that freedom. It doesnt really work that way. (1)

cont...They give you access to a service that they make on your acceptance of their terms. The right to free speech means you can stand on the street and speak your mind without fear, that doesnt extend to the shop youve just walked into or the online service you use. Just sayin

I've never once heard of the US government forcing a company to allow its users "free speech"...mind you I'm not an American so I'm not privy to all the news. Remember though the US Constitution was written before radio was even invented.

The US constitution was written with the future in mind. Which is why modern weapons are covered under the second amendment

the future as envisioned in 1788. weapons are easy, anything that can be used to harm, injure or kill that'll be the same kind of definition as long as humanity is around. means of communication though? How will ppl/entities interact in 230+ years' time?
