@kerinalthoff projects 853,000 PWH on ART in 2030. At current costs presented by @RWalensky in recent @JAMAInternalMed paper the annual cost would be $40.9B in ART alone. If #ETE goals reached there will be a 22% decrease in PWH needing ART. Still cost $32B/year.

My estimate was $48,000/year in ART costs but that is 2018 costs. If you continue the increase in price trend from
