I appreciate why TAF appears to be less nephrotoxic than TDF, but I always wondered if there was evidence of clinical (as opposed to surrogate) outcomes. And the fact that Truvada was/is soon to be off patent, made me skeptical that TAF more about preserving profit than kidneys.
