  9. Every Friday lunchtime from 12-2.30 I offer 20 minute mindfulness meditation drop ins at the Soul Spa in ! This was today's poem. It is an amazing new space, with a wonderful timetable of different meditation classes!

  15. My latest meditation is up on the Aura app. You can do it to help you settle before sleep or if you wake up in the night. If you are struggling with your sleep it's important to get professional help. These meditations can be used along side that.🙂

    It is gift to be alive, to be in relationship with life in the form of you, me, us, with reverence for all life. Mindfulness is relationship, all we are is a field of relationship – to this moment, to NOW, to the world that is so much greater than ourselves.
