    Data-for-development field is reminiscent of in the early 2000s. Lots of excitement, energy, techies . . . but little or no evidence on how and whether datafication is delivering development goals. Do we have to wait 5-10 years for evidence?

    Discourse at relates to standards, innovations, capacity, resources, processes, visualisations. In order words - still - it's far more about the "Data" than the "4Dev".
