Wow this Elliott Page thing is really highlighting the disdain a lot of “gender critical” ppl have for ppl navigating gender dysphoria and my block button is getting a WORKOUT.

Thanks. I looked at a lot of detrans stories before I even got my referral and they really helped me.
That honestly is awesome. It makes me feel good you had access to those stories and could use them in your discernment process.

Yeah it's been a long road and to tell you the truth I was a bit wary of reading them at first bc I thought they would be hostile to trans people (some were) and I'm not always able for that. I was pleasantly surprised. So many interesting stories I'm glad to have read!

I think it’s p brave for trans and detrans ppl to be open to hearing each other’s experiences without projecting our own stuff on each other. Or assuming bad faith. Kudos!
