I appreciate the effort shown

I get these really awful migraines where I p violently throw up for about 24 hours. Everyone in my life knows this but it’s this weirdly forgettable thing about my life UNLESS you’re in the house w/ me in which case it’s really unnerving and awkward.

I get accused of going mia on ppl or using it as an excuse to skip functions and I think I just need an audio file of me vomiting to send along to ppl. Migraines sometimes aren’t laying down quietly sleeping. Sometimes it’s “chewing ice cubes i know for sure are coming back up.”
