Absolutely. And there’s this cognitive delusion of ppl TOTALLY ignoring the power they hold/held in relationships bc that doesn’t fit with the oppressed role.

So agree with this and it’s such an immature understanding of the mutuality of risk in relationships. Ppl hurt eachother regardless of the marginalization olympics. But there are truly ppl who can’t incorporate that reality into their lives.

It’s why ppl who can write manifestos about their own marginalization tend to be such over the top bullies. Tbh i’m real glad when I was a kid I was told a radical sentiment was “if you have no friend in the world you’ll find one here.”
