If you have extended, complicated relationships with ppl who are from v different backgrounds than you it makes a lot of radical posturing look really goofy.

I really do think growing up within the city limits of Cleveland was key for both my appreciation of people’s strengths and skepticism of their bullshit.

The BF got some crime tracking app and no kidding in this neighborhood there’s an armed robbery or someone being threatened w/ a gun for unknown personal reasons every day! This is why I never carry money and I dress like a sack of dirty potatoes. And tbh It feels comfy to me.
