For this to get interesting there needs to be a double down to raise the stakes ie. “Dog shampoo is superior/the new rule in the house is everyone must use it/Rogen your hair clearly is in need of dog shampoo.”

As a general rule, Jon’s Dad Jokes are not funny enough to defend OR dunk on. I’m far more embarrassed for the people who didn’t get that it was supposed to be funny. Next they’ll be insisting that the chicken did not, in fact, cross the road.
