If you are going to post about how great your mastectomy was don’t be surprised when detrans strangers actually would rather not follow your feed. That’s awesome you had a good experience. I’d rather have different visuals pop up in front of my eyeballs.

And tbh if someone on my feed was posting pics from their liposuction procedure or getting breast implants or even lip fillers i would be like “NOPE not healthy for my eyeballs!”
