I have actually lost count how many time I’ve told ppl hitting their kids will increase the symptoms of their kids’ mental health conditions and been told I’m only saying that because I don’t have kids.

Once I met a couple who were endlessly punishing their kids for infractions by only feeding them ramen noodles for every every meal for months + when I called DCFS the woman in the couple said I could’t understand because I didn’t have kids.

You don't have to have kids to understand mistreating them is wrong, you only need to be a human who can remember being a kid
