Some of my most extreme periods of sickness have been the aftermath of flu shots. Med professionals consistently tell me the shot can’t give you the flu. Am I allergic? Is it psycho-somatic? What the heck is going on when you get really sick after a flu shot?

How many times have u had the shot? Usually one can get a short case that primes the immune system. I never realized.
i’ve had a flu shot at least 4 times, but the last two years i had it was when i got really sick, like in bed for a couple days sick
