Some of my most extreme periods of sickness have been the aftermath of flu shots. Med professionals consistently tell me the shot can’t give you the flu. Am I allergic? Is it psycho-somatic? What the heck is going on when you get really sick after a flu shot?

Long shot, but do you have an egg allergy?
no....but i do tend to have strong inflammatory responses, like to alcohol and sugar or just stress.
