Ive heard these kind of things from a number of trans men and detransitioners. I'm a biology noob so I dont want to take this too far but it seems an indication of how influenced behaviour is by sex hormones. Am I getting it right that testosterone essentially decreases empathy?

Obvs I know some selfish and even violent women and some very empathetic men but theres a definite tendency that I have to ask more men to try and sit down and think about where someone else is coming from and they respond like I'm asking the impossible and that's sat with me.
