Please lift weights. A defined (and strong) muscle mass diminishes the risk of osteoporosis and keeps healthy fat levels which also relates to female hormones.

You have no idea how true that is. I had a major fight with 2 doctors last week who told me my meds coukdnt be doing anything. In fact a) they had never met me b) i have particular suseptibility to chemicals incl caffiene

But my mum was a doctor so i cd fight my corner. I dread tilo think of other women being turned into zombies with male doses.
