When you take a vowel out of a word and replace it with “x” it becomes inclusive bc ppl who didn’t go to liberal arts schools are confused by it, and that’s inclusivity.

I get the logic in Latinx because it's a placeholder for one of two letters which mean different things (I have no strong opinion on it, it's not a word I use or have applied to me). By that logic womxn seems to indicate the user isn't sure if it's one or multiple female humans.
