Male ppl truly do not understand that assuming that female ppl will handle logistics and scheduling, especially when female ppl have explicitly stated they do not want to do that work, is disrespectful.

You are actually not invested in feminism if you aren’t being mindful of the work you assume the females around you will do. Females are not naturally enthused by secretarial tasks and filling our time with logistical tasks distracts us from fulfilling our potential.

As a I grow older it seems there is more of a need to remind ppl they are not paying me to be an admin assistant, a maid, or a babysitter and thus I won’t be doing that work.
