I want so badly to be the kind of person who can fix things- who can make other people act better, who can solve it, who can bring out other people’s capabilities. But when reality interferes the shame spiral is off the chain.

I know I said no gender dysphoria talk this week but I have a whole complex about powerlessness/being talked down to/shame/blaming my body’s shape for p constant feelings of never being taken seriously.
