Hopefully there won’t be surge New York City. Several factors mitigate against it. Outdoor air circulation. Sunlight. Hotter. Younger crowd. Massive testing. Mostly masked. Up to 40% already been infected. Current infection rate is less than 5%. Here’s hoping.
