I find it hard to believe that you can go ON testosterone before you turn 18.
I think I will forever be dumbstruck by how YOUNG a lot of detransitioners are. You haven’t turned 18 and you are navigating getting off testosterone and all those changes? GEEZ that is a WILD high school experience to have.

The youngest person I’ve met started at 11.5yo and stopped at 17. Drs know that blockers are very toxic so their new thing is to get ppl onto hormones as early as possible instead of keeping them on blockers for years.

Unlikely given the laws and given that most ppl who promote this would never face reprocutions bc it’s policy to affirm gender. Much more productive to push for change or oversight from individual institutions/professional regulators.

I know. I’m meeting more and more who transitioned between 10-12 and are detransing before 20. How the fuck can TRAs seriously say “it’s not big deal, identities change over time, detransition is easy”???

I really hope the 10-12 was "only" social transitioning, and not blockers/ hormones. That is so, so young. One of my children has only just turned 12.
