One week later, here's my Lightfall review on GameSpot! Lightfall's new gameplay mechanics and evolved systems position it as a turning point for Destiny 2, but the expansion is let down by the poor narrative of its campaign.

Credits on Atomic Heart and I’m genuinely floored at what a mess the final third is, as the story brute-forces its way to a conclusion that so desperately wants to be surprising. Neat few boss fights along the way though

Here's my review for Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty. Team Ninja unsurprisingly nails the combat, although the first boss sets up expectations that don't come to fruition.

I have found multiple duplicates for weapon upgrades but nope because I missed that one chest off the main path I can just never get a bunch of weapons unless I restart. So weird

Just reading now that there’s a bunch of weapon recipes you can find in the first two hours of Atomic Heart and if you miss them you can’t go back? That’s certainly a choice

Been enjoying Atomic Heart’s world-building and combat a lot, but man I cannot remember a more unlikeable protagonist with even worse banter in a while. Still, really strong BioShock-like with loads of interesting mechanical ideas
