i think they're a specialised group within one piece themselves. kiku and yamato are clearly trans but since they haven't been outside wano as much, they're separate from the okama group with the revolutionaries i believe

they *are* considered genderqueer, but they also are considered caricatures sometimes. they're good people but transphobes don't care about them because they're played off as 'men dressed as women' to them :(
