@TeamYouTube What's the recommended procedure if I've been reporting a problem with your Roku app for at least a year and it still hasn't been fixed or even acknowledged?
Not sure if you're working on investigating or if we've just reached the point where I'm ignored.

No thanks, I've already done that 4 or 5 times over the past year. If someone could actually bother to do something with the information, that would be cool.
