I just tried going into incognito mode and then turned off incognito, but the issue is still there. This is only happening on my smartphone, not any of my laptops.

Thanks for confirming. All feedback reports are reviewed, but YouTube doesn't necessarily respond to every single one. We use the info to identify and fix widespread issues, as well as track requests and make improvements.
