Something odd going on with YT lately, that's happened before. Losing subs immediately after videos go live every time now. Ever single metric/analytic stat is trending down. Realtime 48 hour stats is literally half of what the average has been the last year. @TeamYouTube

Also, are your subs reporting that they haven't received notifications or that your video didn't show up in their subs feed? Appreciate the details.

Both. Some are saying they aren't seeing the videos in their sub feed, others saying no notifications are coming through. These are subs I routinely see in the comment section early on when videos publish. The "notification squad" type subs.

Fluctuation in your subs count is normal. We regularly remove spam subs or it's probably viewers unsubscribing & subscribing to your channel normally. More info here: https://goo.gl/croiE1

As I said, I know fluctuations are normal. This is not a normal fluctuation. Last few videos, I've lost subs the instant a video is published live. When you go from averaging 75-100+ every day, to suddenly losing subs on every upload, something is off.
