fixing roads is important, but it consumes certain parts of west Virginia. It also causes a lot of accidents. Letters have been sent about I 81 in Martinsburg and the accident's that frequently happening. In Martinsburg law enforcement is consumed by drug interdiction.

the courts are being consumed by just about everything. Law enforcement doesn't have time to sit out on the highway monitoring traffic. Another issue is how are emergency vehicles suppose to be able to cross over from north to south bound traffic when there is a concrete wall?
