This is quite interesting as in PCGH benchmarks zen3 looks pretty good. So if this is true and CDPR will fix hat, zen3 will perform even better?!

It's correct behavior from performance standpoint. Seems CDPR or Windows' scheduler found that in order to get the most of CP2077 performance you have to go to the physical core in Zen arch.
