    Sending encouragement to everyone who works for a more just world and is exhausted from all the fighting that requires of you. The work can be soul-bruising. But even when it feels like no one sees all you give, we feel it. We may not know it was you, but we feel it.✊🏽

    I am very proud to share a 2019 update on inclusion and diversity. For the first time, we exceeded all three hiring goals - underrepresented engineers went from <1% to 7% since we set public goals - resulting in a more inclusive, safe platform.
