Our wellness event was quite a success! Excited that we served our community to improve mental health and wellness in so many ways. True to my expertise, we talked about emotion regulation, did arts and crafts, and played with therapy dogs 😊

Take Twitter polls with a large grain of salt, but we don't seem to represent that highest group.

My interest in making this poll came form recent posts about conference travel in academia. While I'm all for reducing travel, I have frequently seen academia cited as the biggest contributor, typically without any evidence.

Now that Replication Does Not Vary Across Samples (tm) and the WEIRD problem's cancelled, what do I do when my effect ranges from nonexistent (OR = 1.09, d = .04, BF = .08) to huge (OR = 15.83, d = 1.5, BF = 1.6 e11) along a predicted dimension? 🤯🧟‍♂️😲🥱

Ramadan this year falls between April 23 and May 23, which means it may very well coincide with your final exam. Now that you know the dates, how do you plan to help your students who may be fasting? I will offer an alternative time to students so that they can eat before.
