The Google employee assigned as my "YouTube contact" back when I got 100,000 subscribers finally got back to me and said he's making my channel resurrection his top priority. It's not a surefire thing that'll fix it, but it's nice to feel like someone is fighting for us still

I understand that YouTube gives their employees time off for the holidays. But how does that excuse the rest of the year? Not only that, but if the problem is something like your channel being completely wiped from the website, you’d think that you’d at least get some response.

The response time for the rest of the year is probably better than around christmas
