Just so I understand, If I have obtained an eTA, I don’t have to give biometrics to be able to visit Canada?

If you have a valid eTA and are travelling to Canada as a tourist or if you have already submitted your application, you do not need to give biometrics
-
And, living in Stockholm, where could I give my biometrics?
-
The closest Visa Application Centre is currently located in London, UK. Limited biometrics services will be available at the Embassy of Canada in Stockholm by appointment only from the beginning of August. More information will be forthcoming.
